　　?個人簡介

　　白琳，男，于2004年畢業(yè)于華中科技大學電子信息工程系，獲學士學位，副教授/博導；

　　?教育背景

　　于2007年，2010年畢業(yè)于英國威爾士大學-斯旺西，無線通信專業(yè)，分別獲碩士（with Distinction）及博士學位；2011年至今任北京航空航天大學電子信息工程學院副教授，博士生導師，并入選北京航空航天大學第二批“卓越百人”人才計劃。

　　?科研成果

　　主要研究方向為無線通信信號處理理論與關鍵技術，包括MIMO與陣列信號處理、航空寬帶通信、空間協(xié)同傳輸?shù)?。著有英文專著兩部由美國Springer出版社分別于2012、2014年出版；中文專著一部由人民郵電出版社于2013年出版。目前已經(jīng)在IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、IEEE Communications Letters等國際刊物及IEEE Globecom、ICC、VTC等國際會議上發(fā)表論文60余篇。獲得IEEE Communications Letters Exemplary Reviewer 2012獎項；ICNS 2013最佳論文獎。現(xiàn)擔任SCI期刊KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems編委；International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks年度特刊客座編委, IEEE會員。作為項目負責人主持國家自然科學基金委主任基金一項，主持國家自然科學基金"空間信息網(wǎng)絡基礎理論與關鍵技術"重大研究計劃培育項目一項。
