為了適應(yīng)三次創(chuàng)業(yè)需要，學(xué)校于2014年3月對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置作出重大調(diào)整，以原經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易專業(yè)和原信息科學(xué)學(xué)院電子商務(wù)專業(yè)為主體，設(shè)立經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易學(xué)院（以下簡(jiǎn)稱經(jīng)貿(mào)學(xué)院）。2016年2月，經(jīng)貿(mào)學(xué)院獲批設(shè)立貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟(jì)專業(yè)，形成了以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)外貿(mào)易、對(duì)內(nèi)貿(mào)易和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易相互支撐和融合的專業(yè)體系。2018年2月，經(jīng)貿(mào)學(xué)院更名經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院，把原公共經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院的財(cái)政學(xué)、稅收學(xué)專業(yè)整合進(jìn)原經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易學(xué)院，成立新的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院，承擔(dān)理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科建設(shè)任務(wù)。
經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院學(xué)科梯隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)合理，教學(xué)科研實(shí)力雄厚，學(xué)術(shù)氛圍濃郁，學(xué)科建設(shè)與科研成果突出，專業(yè)建設(shè)與人才培養(yǎng)效果顯著。學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教師124人，其中教授23人、副教授46人、博士104人，有44余人次先后獲得不同層次的殊榮。近三年，全院教師出版著作、教材6部，發(fā)表論文130余篇，其中SSCI收錄4篇， EI收錄2篇，CSSCI收錄期刊發(fā)表論文 55篇，承擔(dān)國(guó)家自科基金項(xiàng)目和國(guó)家社科基金項(xiàng)目共14項(xiàng)，省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目18項(xiàng)，市廳級(jí)課題30項(xiàng)，科研經(jīng)費(fèi)為483萬。學(xué)院現(xiàn)下設(shè)6個(gè)系：經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)系、國(guó)際貿(mào)易系、電子商務(wù)系、貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟(jì)系、財(cái)政學(xué)系、稅收學(xué)系；學(xué)院設(shè)6個(gè)本科專業(yè)：經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、財(cái)政學(xué)、稅收學(xué)、國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟(jì)以及電子商務(wù)專業(yè)。學(xué)院設(shè)11個(gè)碩士專業(yè)：政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)（學(xué)碩）、 西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)（學(xué)碩）、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)（學(xué)碩）、人口、資源與環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)（學(xué)碩）、國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)（學(xué)碩）、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易學(xué)、數(shù)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、財(cái)政學(xué)、國(guó)際商務(wù)專業(yè)碩士（專碩，新設(shè)）。

經(jīng)過2009年國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位辦授權(quán)和2009年至2013年的建設(shè)，一級(jí)學(xué)科理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)下設(shè)的九個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科于2014年開始面向全國(guó)招收學(xué)術(shù)型碩士研究生。應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)一級(jí)為學(xué)科所屬的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易學(xué)、數(shù)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)五個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科方向；理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科所屬的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口、資源與環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)四個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科方向。
經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院現(xiàn)有全日制本科生1909人，碩士研究生80人。學(xué)院培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生科研、實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力強(qiáng)，近年來，我院學(xué)生在《世界經(jīng)濟(jì)》、《中國(guó)工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)》、《審計(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)與研究》、《產(chǎn)經(jīng)評(píng)論》、《華東經(jīng)濟(jì)管理》等期刊發(fā)表論文70余篇；10余篇畢業(yè)論文獲省級(jí)或校級(jí)優(yōu)秀，近30名學(xué)生在全國(guó)大學(xué)生電子商務(wù)“三創(chuàng)賽”中獲獎(jiǎng)，150名學(xué)生主持的“大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐”項(xiàng)目獲得省級(jí)、校級(jí)或院級(jí)立項(xiàng)。畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率較高，近兩年來就業(yè)率穩(wěn)定在95%以上，社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)良好。麥可思（MYCOS）教育數(shù)據(jù)咨詢公司的“南京審計(jì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)與能力測(cè)評(píng)報(bào)告”顯示，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、電子商務(wù)、國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、財(cái)政學(xué)、稅收學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生在就業(yè)、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、對(duì)母校和所學(xué)專業(yè)等方面的認(rèn)同數(shù)據(jù)，在全國(guó)同類財(cái)經(jīng)院校中位居前列。
The School of Economics and Trade (SET) adheres to the principal of “Characteristic, Quality and Internationalization”. We follow the law of higher education development, discipline construction and talent cultivation, attaching great importance to scientific research, academic team construction and advanced discipline building. We also try our utmost to combine disciplines construction with talent cultivation, aiming at improving the quality of undergraduates and postgraduates as well as academic reputation and social service ability. According to the tenets “all should be helpful for the development of the students, all should be conducive for the healthy and sustainable improvement of disciplines, all should be good for the harmony between the teachers and students, and all should be favorable for the culture inheritance and innovation”, we shall still make efforts to promote talent cultivation, discipline and profession construction.
In order to meet the requirements of the third revolution of Nanjing Audit University (NAU), our university made remarkable reorganizations in March 2014 and SET was established on the basis of the departments of Economics, international trade & economics, and electronic commerce. In February 2016, the major of Trade Economy was approved to set, giving rise to the formation of a professional system which was based on Economics. Foreign Trade, Domestic Trade and Internet Commerce are now integrated.
STE has a sound structure of disciplines, strong teaching and research strength, and rich academic atmosphere. We have made great achievements in discipline construction, professional development and talent cultivation. There are currently 80 faculty members at STE (17 professors, 42 associate professors included), of whom more than 44 has been awarded in different fields. In the past 3 years, our faculty members have published 6 monographs and more than 130 dissertations as well, including 4 published in SSCI journals, 2 published in EI journals and 55 published in CSSCI journals. What’s more, there are 14 National Natural Science Fund Projects and National Social Science Fund Projects, 18 Provincial Ministerial Projects, 30 city Bureau Subjects, which enabled us to obtain 4.83 million RMB research fund in total.
STE now has one discipline based on the provincial advantage discipline---applied economics, two key construction disciplines at the provincial level---national economics and political economics, one key development discipline at the provincial level---theoretical economics, one science and innovation team of “QingLan Project”at provincial level---the economic effects of value chain division, one characteristic specialty at the provincial level---the international trade & economics, three projects carried by national and local governments---international trade stimulated laboratory, electronic commerce laboratory and the economic decision and prediction laboratory, two characteristic specialties at the school level---economics and electronic commerce, one academic research institute sponsored by the university---national economic research institute, and two internal academic institutes---economy development & research center, and division, trade & infra-marginal research institute.
During “13th Five-Year”plan, we have Theoretical Economics and Applied Economics as university-level key discipline, Economics and Management of Cross-border E-commerce as university-level key inter-discipline, Cross-border e-commerce innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Center as Provincial Education Center, National Economic Research Institute and Sino-Hungaryacademic research institution as university-level academic institution, Centre of economic development and division of labor and transaction infra-marginal research institute as internal academic institution.
After the State Council approved the Master’s Degree Program in 2009 and the efforts of the school during 2009 and 2013, nine subordinate disciplines have been enrolled academic masters in 2014. The nine subordinate disciplines are as follows: national economics, regional economics, industrial economics, international trade, world economy, population, resources and environmental economics, western economics, political economics and quantitative economics. First five of them are under Applied Economics discipline and the rest are under Theoretical Economics.
Currently, there are about 1909full-time undergraduatesand 80 academic graduates at SET.Students at SETshow solid specialty foundations, steadfast work attitudes and excellent innovation abilities both in studying and working. In recent years, studentsin SET have published more than 70 papersin first-class journals such as China Industrial Economics, Journal of Audit & Economics, Industrial Economic Review, East China Economic Management and so on; more than 10 graduation theseshave been awarded the university or province level scholarship; nearly 30 students won prizein Chinese National College Students “Innovation, Originality and Entrepreneurship”Challenge; 150 studentslaunched “college students' innovative practice projects”under the auspicesof provincial government, university and SET. The employment rate of graduates, whichgains good social evaluation, is over 95%in consecutive years. According to the report of employment quality of NAU graduates conducted by MYCOSconsulting company, indicators such as competitivenessand recognition about graduates who majored in economics, e-commercetogether withinternational economics and trade are all at the top of the list among schools of finance and economics.
