　　摘要
　　現(xiàn)任中央財經(jīng)大學(xué)金融學(xué)院教授、院長、院學(xué)術(shù)委員會主任、國際金融研究中心主任。畢業(yè)于中國人民大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院，獲經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士。享受國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼，入選“新世紀(jì)百千萬人才工程（國家級）”、教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃”、財政部“跨世紀(jì)學(xué)科帶頭人”。曾在荷蘭蒂爾堡大學(xué)、世界銀行學(xué)院、美國國際經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所、哥倫比亞大學(xué)地球研究院、澳大利亞國立大學(xué)做高級訪問學(xué)者。
　　兼任中國世界經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會副會長、中國國際金融學(xué)會常務(wù)理事及副秘書長、中國國際經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系學(xué)會常務(wù)理事、中國金融學(xué)會理事、中國財經(jīng)教育分會金融專業(yè)協(xié)作組主任委員、亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融論壇主席、北京國際金融論壇學(xué)術(shù)委員、中國證監(jiān)會第12屆發(fā)審會委員、劉鴻儒金融教育基金會常務(wù)理事和學(xué)術(shù)委員會副主任、中國人民銀行金融研究所學(xué)位委員會委員。
　　研究領(lǐng)域為國際金融和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)。曾主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項目、國家社會科學(xué)基金項目、教育部人文社科項目等課題，研究內(nèi)容涉及新興市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體的資本賬戶開放、金融自由化、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)失衡、國際貨幣體系改革、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、匯率制度和貨幣國際化等。在《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》、《世界經(jīng)濟(jì)》、《金融研究》和《國際金融研究》等學(xué)術(shù)刊物發(fā)表論文100余篇，出版學(xué)術(shù)著作10余本（包括主編和合著）。
　　近年來，作為亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)專家會議(AEP)成員、亞歐經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇（AEEF）成員、德國開發(fā)研究院(GDI)中國地區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)人等，曾赴美國、英國、德國、意大利、挪威、日本、韓國、泰國、越南、印度尼西亞、馬來西亞、新加坡、緬甸、澳大利亞、巴西、香港和臺灣等近30個國家和地區(qū)參加國際學(xué)術(shù)會議或進(jìn)行公開演講。

　　教育背景
　　1984年畢業(yè)于中國人民大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)系（世界經(jīng)濟(jì)專業(yè)），獲經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；
　　1987年畢業(yè)于中國人民銀行研究生部（國際金融專業(yè)），獲經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；
　　2003年畢業(yè)于中國人民大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院（世界經(jīng)濟(jì)專業(yè)），獲經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士學(xué)位；
　　1996年在荷蘭蒂爾堡大學(xué)(Tilburg University)進(jìn)修經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和國際金融。

　　工作經(jīng)歷
　　1987年至今，在中央財經(jīng)大學(xué)任教。先后擔(dān)任助教（1987-90）、講師（1990-94）、副教授（1994-99）和教授（1999-目前）職務(wù)。
　　1995年2-5月，在世界銀行經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展學(xué)院（Economic Development Institute at World Bank, Washington D.C.）做訪問學(xué)者。
　　2004年9月-2005年5月，在美國皮特森國際經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所(Petersons Institute for International Economics, Washington D.C.) 做高級訪問研究員。
　　2005年5月-9月，在美國哥倫比亞大學(xué)環(huán)球研究院(Earth Institute at Columbia University，New York) 做高級訪問研究員。
　　2009年2月，在澳大利亞國立大學(xué)太平洋和亞洲研究院（Research School of Pacific and Asia）講學(xué)。

　　國際金融體系、匯率制度、國際資本流動、貨幣自由兌換、外債理論與政策、開放經(jīng)濟(jì)中的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、金融發(fā)展與金融自由化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、中國對外金融理論與政策等。
