  王清遠(yuǎn)博士,四川大學(xué)建筑與環(huán)境學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師, 破壞力學(xué)與防災(zāi)減災(zāi)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任; 四川大學(xué)低碳技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)中心副主任。現(xiàn)任中國(guó)力學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)理事, 四川省力學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng),四川省建筑業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng),四川省土木建筑學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng), 四川大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員。國(guó)家杰出青年基金獲得者, "新世紀(jì)百千萬(wàn)人才工程"國(guó)家級(jí)人選, 教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃人選, 教育部?jī)?yōu)秀青年教師資助計(jì)劃人選,國(guó)務(wù)院政府津貼專(zhuān)家, 四川省學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人。教育部長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者與創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)計(jì)劃創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)帶頭人,工程力學(xué)國(guó)家精品課程負(fù)責(zé)人,四川大學(xué)“西南資源環(huán)境與災(zāi)害防治”國(guó)家“985”重大科技創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。
  
  1995-1998年,留學(xué)法國(guó)巴黎中央大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位, 1999年在法國(guó)巴黎國(guó)立工藝與理工學(xué)院作博士后研究員,1997-1999年曾任巴黎中國(guó)留學(xué)生聯(lián)合會(huì)主席和全法國(guó)中國(guó)留學(xué)生聯(lián)合會(huì)主席, 1999-2000年在美國(guó)普度大學(xué)工學(xué)院NSF, NASA項(xiàng)目博士后研究員, 2001-2003年在日本鹿兒島大學(xué)任日本學(xué)術(shù)振興會(huì)JSPS外國(guó)人特別研究員。
  
  回國(guó)后主要從事新型材料與結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)問(wèn)題, 超長(zhǎng)壽命疲勞斷裂,材料環(huán)境強(qiáng)度與結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性方面的研究工作。回國(guó)后負(fù)責(zé)承擔(dān)有國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金4項(xiàng), 國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重大研究計(jì)劃, 國(guó)家杰出青年基金,教育部?jī)?yōu)秀回國(guó)人員基金, 教育部博士點(diǎn)基金,教育部?jī)?yōu)秀青年教師資助計(jì)劃, 教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃,教育部科學(xué)技術(shù)重大項(xiàng)目,教育部創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì),四川省杰出青年基金等研究項(xiàng)目。指導(dǎo)出站博士后2名(其中外國(guó)人1名), 畢業(yè)博士碩士研究生21名。現(xiàn)任《實(shí)驗(yàn)力學(xué)》副主編,《四川大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》(工程), 《四川建筑科學(xué)研究》, 《四川建筑》等刊物編委或副主任編委。 共發(fā)表論文150余篇, 其中SCI論文37篇,被SCI, EI檢索收錄論文140余篇次,論文被他人引用700余篇次(單篇最高他引137次,SCI他引約300篇次,SCI引用40次以上論文3篇;10次以上論文10篇, H-Index:10)。超長(zhǎng)壽命疲勞問(wèn)題研究獲得2006年教育部自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)(第一完成人)。出席國(guó)外國(guó)際會(huì)議并作報(bào)告30余篇次, 其中曾多次擔(dān)任大會(huì)分會(huì)主席。組織國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議十余次,作為主席將在成都主辦2014年VHCF6會(huì)議。1995-2005年曾先后在法國(guó), 美國(guó), 日本, 加拿大, 德國(guó), 荷蘭, 比利時(shí), 西班牙, 意大利, 奧地利, 瑞典, 韓國(guó), 印度尼西亞,希臘,英國(guó)等20多個(gè)國(guó)家進(jìn)行研究學(xué)習(xí)與學(xué)術(shù)交流訪問(wèn)。
Prof. Wang Qingyuan is currently the Dean of Faculty of Architecture, Civil Eng & Environ Eng of Sichuan University. His research activity is focused on Very High Cycle Fatigue (Alloys, High Strength Steels, and Biometals, Etc), Accelerated Fatigue Testing Method, Mechanical Behavior of Structural Materials and Structures under Fire/Cyclic Loading, Mechanical Behavior and Durability of Recycled Aggregate Concrete, Fatigue Properties and Life Prediction of The Bridge Girder with Corrugated Web, Composite Repairs of damaged Structures. He received his PhD from Ecole Centrale Paris, France, followed by postdoctoral experience in Faculty of Engineering of Purdue University, USA, and JSPS fellow at Kagoshima University, Japan. Prof. Wang has published over 120 technical papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings in the areas of Mechanics, Materials, and Structures. Dr. Wang was Enlisted Scientist for “100 Talents Program” of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. He received the Excellent Young Teachers Program Award in 2003, New Century Excellent Talents Program Award in 2005, First class Natural Science Award of Research in 2006 from National Ministry of Education, and the special award of Chinese central government in 2008.
