  胡博然,女,1964年6月出生,博士,教授。2004年博士畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)葡萄酒學(xué)院。曾代表中國專家組成員首次出席世界葡萄與葡萄酒組 織( O.I.V)國際葡萄酒組織工作年會,參加葡萄酒分析檢測方法的修改草案協(xié)商與制定。曾在以色列、法國、意大利等國進(jìn)修與學(xué)習(xí)交流。擔(dān)任寧夏葡萄與葡萄酒 產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會首席專家、國內(nèi)外多家葡萄酒企業(yè)技術(shù)顧問。
  研究領(lǐng)域: 主要從事葡萄與葡萄酒、果酒、食品生物技術(shù)與食品安全方面研究。
  科研項目: 主持揚州大學(xué)高層次人才科研啟動項目、揚州大學(xué)和江蘇省教育廳自然基金,參加國家自然基金課題項目,主持江蘇省科研成果產(chǎn)業(yè)推進(jìn)工程項目與科技創(chuàng)新培育基 金項目、企業(yè)橫向合作研究項目等10多項課題研究;主持揚大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新基金與江蘇省學(xué)生創(chuàng)新計劃項目。發(fā)表論文30余篇。
  獲得國家發(fā)明專利1項和申請國家專利技術(shù)3項,其中1項實施技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓。1項成果通過江蘇省級成果鑒定。主持制定國家原產(chǎn)地葡萄酒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1項。曾獲得優(yōu)秀班主任稱號和畢業(yè)生就業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)獎等多項。.
