  趙輔昆,教授、博士、博士研究生導(dǎo)師,碩士生導(dǎo)師,浙江理工大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院長,蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)與分子酶學(xué)研究室主任。

  1.腫瘤蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)(與腫瘤高轉(zhuǎn)移,腫瘤恢復(fù)轉(zhuǎn)化的蛋白質(zhì)發(fā)現(xiàn)及其功能);
  2.神經(jīng)細(xì)胞分化蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)(分化相關(guān)蛋白質(zhì)功能及其調(diào)控),
  3.蛋白組學(xué)技術(shù)方法及應(yīng)用:癌的診斷,藥物篩選,大分子復(fù)合物分離鑒定;蛋白質(zhì)翻譯后修飾
  4.動物內(nèi)源性纖維素酶和半纖維素酶研究:
  (1) 動物中具有自身的葡聚糖內(nèi)切酶,外切酶,葡萄糖苷酶結(jié)構(gòu)與功能。
  (2) 具有高活力的多功能的木聚糖酶及其酶工程。
