  成都大學商學院是學校辦學規(guī)模最大、辦學歷史最為悠久的學院之一，最早源于1981年創(chuàng)立的企業(yè)管理系。成都大學于1979年開辦企業(yè)管理本科專業(yè)，于1981年掛牌成立企業(yè)管理系，2011年成立經(jīng)濟管理學院，2018年更名為商學院。學院秉承“厚德博學、格商濟世”的院訓和“辦學以教師為本，教學以學生為本”的理念，致力于培養(yǎng)具有社會責任感、國際視野和創(chuàng)新精神的思想道德素質(zhì)好、理論功底扎實、專業(yè)應用能力與市場適應能力強的高素質(zhì)復合型商科精英人才，服務成都、四川及全國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展與社會進步。
 學院擁有“管理學”和“經(jīng)濟學”兩大學科門類，下有“工商管理”、“應用經(jīng)濟學”兩個一級學科，會計學、企業(yè)管理、國際貿(mào)易學三個二級學科。學院現(xiàn)有“工商管理”一級學科學術(shù)碩士學位授權(quán)點，招收與培養(yǎng)會計學、企業(yè)管理、旅游管理三個專業(yè)的學術(shù)碩士研究生；2018年學院新增會計專業(yè)碩士學位授權(quán)點，將從2019年開始招收會計專業(yè)碩士研究生。學院開設有國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易、工商管理、會計學、財務管理、審計學等5個本科專業(yè)，開設有ACCA、CMA、CFA、FRM培訓中心，高標準、高起點、高效益建設了經(jīng)濟管理實驗中心，形成了較為完整的、相互支撐的商學學科平臺和專業(yè)體系。學院現(xiàn)有在讀研究生和本科學生共計1900余人。
師資隊伍（Faculty and Staff）
  學院現(xiàn)有教職工103人。其中專任教師83人，高級職稱教師46人,擁有博士教師46人；國務院政府特殊津貼專家1人，教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才1人，財政部全國會計學術(shù)領(lǐng)軍人才1人，“百千萬人才工程”國家級人選1人，國家“有突出貢獻中青年專家” 1人，四川省學術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人1人，四川省學術(shù)與技術(shù)帶頭人后備人選2人，四川省有突出貢獻優(yōu)秀專家2人,特聘副研究員1人，特聘長江學者教授1人。學院還聘請有一批知名學者、優(yōu)秀企業(yè)家、外籍專家擔任客座教授。
人才培養(yǎng)（Talent Cultivation）
 學院始終秉持以學生為中心的人才培養(yǎng)觀念，以培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)應用型商科精英人才為己任，積極促進教學研究與教學研究成果在教學實踐中的推廣應用，突出實踐性、綜合性、應用性和前瞻性，形成了特色鮮明的人才培養(yǎng)模式。
 學院建設了“會計學”特色與重點本科專業(yè)、“財務分析”省級精品在線開放課程、“績效管理”翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂等30余項教學質(zhì)量工程。其中，“財務分析”和“出納實務”在線開放課程已在全國教學平臺上線并面向全國學生授課。近年來，學生發(fā)表科學研究成果論文40余篇，獲得國家級、省級等各級各類創(chuàng)新訓練計劃項目及學科競賽獎勵近200項，近年來考取國內(nèi)外研究生的人數(shù)與比例不斷攀升。畢業(yè)生普遍業(yè)務能力強、崗位適應快、發(fā)展后勁足，長期受到用人單位的好評。學院數(shù)以萬計的歷屆畢業(yè)生，許多已經(jīng)走上各級領(lǐng)導崗位，有的成為政府部門領(lǐng)導人、大型企業(yè)集團和上市公司負責人，更多的畢業(yè)生成了單位的業(yè)務骨干。
 學院實踐教學體系完備，以“確?；A，注重專業(yè)，突出特色”為原則，高標準、高起點、高效益建設了經(jīng)濟類、管理類等商科專業(yè)實驗室,具有優(yōu)良的實驗實訓條件,著力培養(yǎng)學生的專業(yè)技能與實踐能力。學院現(xiàn)建有“會計手工模擬實驗室”、“會計信息化實驗室”、“會計綜合實驗室”、“ERP模擬實驗室”、“企業(yè)管理全景模擬實驗室”、“國際貿(mào)易綜合實驗室”和“企業(yè)經(jīng)營創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)實踐教學基地”，實驗室面積1000余平米，儀器設備與軟件價值近1000萬元。為了提高學生實踐動手能力，學院與成都市相關(guān)部門、大型企業(yè)、大學生科技孵化園等機構(gòu)建立了友好戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴，搭建起了覆蓋面廣的實習實訓基地。目前已經(jīng)在銀行、事務所等50多家單位建立了實習基地。
科學研究（Scientific Research）
 學院長期致力于公司治理、績效管理、財務管理、人力資源管理、市場營銷、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟、國際貿(mào)易、稅務、會計、審計、金融等多學科融合發(fā)展的理論與實踐研究和服務地方工作，科研能力和服務地方經(jīng)濟建設能力持續(xù)增強，科研成果穩(wěn)步提升。近年來，學院共承擔國家社科基金項目6項，省部廳級項目100余項，到?？蒲薪?jīng)費600余萬元。教師發(fā)表論文近500篇，其中CSSCI、EI期刊、中文核心期刊近300篇，出版專著和教材40余部（本）。
國際交流與合作（Exchange and Cooperation）
 學院與美國、荷蘭、新西蘭、泰國、馬來西亞等國家及臺灣地區(qū)的知名高校和研究機構(gòu)長期開展學術(shù)交流和學生本碩、本科雙學位等聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)工作。
 與泰國國家行政管理學院(NIDA)開展“3+1+2”旅游管理與經(jīng)濟管理本碩聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)。
 與臺灣銘傳大學（MCU）開展“2+1+1”財務管理本科聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)。
 與馬來西亞拉曼大學學院（TARC）開展“2+2”會計學ACCA方向本科雙學位聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)，開展管理學科類專業(yè)的本碩聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)。

Business school is one of the largest and oldest schools in Chengdu University. It used to be the Department of Business Administration established in 1981..

The school is committed to the theory and practice research for multidisciplinary development and integration in Corporate Governance, Performance Management, Project Management, Environmental Accounting. Meanwhile, it concentrates on the service work of Enterprise Management, Enterprise Financial Analysis and Risk Management. In addition, it is also absorbed in creative and high-quality talent education for Business Administration and Applied Economics. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in Sichuan and even southwest of China.


Faculty and Staff
The college has 103 faculty members. Among them, 83 are full-time teachers, 46 are with senior professional titles and 46 have doctor degrees. We have one special government allowance expert of the state council, one new century outstanding talent of the ministry of education, one national accounting academic leading talent of the ministry of finance, one national candidate of "hundreds of thousands of talents project", one national "young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions", one academic and technical leader of Sichuan province, two reserve candidates of academic and technical leaders of Sichuan province, two experts with outstanding contributions of Sichuan province, one special associate researcher and one special Yangtze river scholar professor. The college also employs a number of famous scholars, outstanding entrepreneurs, and foreign experts as visiting professors.
Strategies  
According to the concept of teaching and research combined as well as the foundation of discipline and teaching staff construction, the school is commit to constructing high-level  Economics and Management discipline in order to become the talent intelligence center in southwest of China.
Under the strategy of enhancing intensional connotation to promote development, the school emphatically focuses on discipline construction of Business Management and the talent cultivation in Economics and Management fields. Moreover, the school intensively carries out the interdisciplinary research in Tourism, Economics and Management, especially the tourism planning, exhibition economics, enterprise management and financial management.
Scientific Research
The school has long been committed to the theoretical and practical research on corporate governance, performance management, financial management, human resource management, marketing, regional economy, international trade, tax, accounting, auditing, finance and other multidisciplinary integration development and local service work. The scientific research capacity and service capacity of local economic construction have been continuously enhanced, and the scientific research achievements have been steadily improved. In recent years, the school has undertaken 6 national social science funding projects, and more than 100 provincial, ministerial and departmental projects, with a scientific research fund of more than 6 million yuan.
