江西師范大學(xué)地理與環(huán)境學(xué)院城市建設(shè)學(xué)院 正文

城市建設(shè)學(xué)院是江西師范大學(xué)直屬學(xué)院，辦學(xué)淵源可追溯至1940年的國(guó)立中正大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)系及1949年的南昌大學(xué)土木工程系。1993年原江西師范大學(xué)地理系開(kāi)設(shè)的房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理專(zhuān)業(yè)和1995年開(kāi)設(shè)的區(qū)域與城市規(guī)劃專(zhuān)業(yè)是工程管理及城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃專(zhuān)業(yè)的前身。2003年7月城市建設(shè)學(xué)院成立。
    學(xué)院現(xiàn)有城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃（通過(guò)住建部專(zhuān)業(yè)評(píng)估）、建筑學(xué)、風(fēng)景園林、房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)與管理、工程管理等本科專(zhuān)業(yè)，有土地資源管理、城市與區(qū)域規(guī)劃、房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)與管理等二級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn)，形成了內(nèi)容覆蓋“土地資源管理→城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃→建筑和景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)→地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)→工程管理”全過(guò)程的學(xué)科體系。此外江西師大城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院和江西師范大學(xué)不動(dòng)產(chǎn)研究所掛靠我院，是學(xué)校直屬科研機(jī)構(gòu)，每年承擔(dān)了大量的橫向和縱向科研任務(wù)。
  學(xué)院現(xiàn)有專(zhuān)任教師50人，其中教授7人，副教授和高級(jí)工程師17人，博士19人，具有高級(jí)職稱(chēng)的教師占比48.0%，取得了比較豐富的教學(xué)科研成果。2013年以來(lái)，學(xué)院獲批國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目9項(xiàng)、國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、教育部人文社科基金項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、省級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目52項(xiàng)、省級(jí)教學(xué)改革研究項(xiàng)目11項(xiàng)（其中重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)）、省級(jí)虛擬仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)；承擔(dān)橫向課題130余項(xiàng)，橫向經(jīng)費(fèi)近3000萬(wàn)元；獲批國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利7項(xiàng)，國(guó)家實(shí)用新型專(zhuān)利125項(xiàng)；發(fā)表B類(lèi)以上高水平論文90余篇，其中SSCI兩篇，SCI三篇。出版學(xué)術(shù)專(zhuān)著13部。指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲得省級(jí)和國(guó)家級(jí)競(jìng)賽1-3等獎(jiǎng)100余項(xiàng)。
    學(xué)院本科生辦學(xué)規(guī)模800人左右，碩士生辦學(xué)規(guī)模約50人，畢業(yè)生可在房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)中介機(jī)構(gòu)、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)院、建筑設(shè)計(jì)院、各類(lèi)建筑公司、造價(jià)咨詢(xún)公司、園林景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)公司、相關(guān)高等院校、科研部門(mén)、新聞媒體和政府部門(mén)等單位工作。畢業(yè)生就業(yè)面寬，市場(chǎng)前景好，本科和碩士畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)率位居全校前列。一大批優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生已經(jīng)成為省內(nèi)外相關(guān)部門(mén)的領(lǐng)軍人物和骨干力量。
   學(xué)院現(xiàn)有8000多平方米的教學(xué)科研大樓，有豐富的專(zhuān)業(yè)圖書(shū)資料，有1個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)中心，9個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（虛擬仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)室、工程測(cè)量實(shí)驗(yàn)室、建筑模型實(shí)驗(yàn)室、建筑構(gòu)造實(shí)驗(yàn)室、建筑材料實(shí)驗(yàn)室、建筑物理實(shí)驗(yàn)室、工程項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室、房地產(chǎn)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策劃實(shí)驗(yàn)室、工程造價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)室），有50多個(gè)校外實(shí)踐基地，能夠充分滿(mǎn)足學(xué)院教學(xué)科研及人才培養(yǎng)等需要。

    The College of City Construction, established in July 2003, is affiliated directly to the Jiangxi Normal University. The College of City Construction has a long history and can be traced back to the Department of Civil Engineering of National Chung Cheng University which was founded in 1940 and the Department of Civil Engineering of Nan Chang University which was founded in 1949. The predecessor of the Discipline of Project Management is the Discipline of Real Estate Management which was founded in 1993 by the Department of Geography. The predecessor of the Discipline of Urban and Rural Planning is the Discipline of Urban and Regional Planning which was founded in 1995 by the Department of Geography.
    The college has existing undergraduate programs in urban and rural planning (through professional evaluation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development), architecture, landscape architecture, real estate development and management, and engineering management. It has master's degree programs in land resources management, urban and regional planning, real estate development and management. Formed a disciplinary system covering the whole process of “land resource management → urban and rural planning → architecture and landscape design → real estate development → engineering management”.In addition, the urban planning and design research institute of jiangxi normal university and the real estate research institute of jiangxi normal university are affiliated with our college. They are the direct research institutions of the school and undertake a large number of horizontal and vertical scientific research tasks each year.
    At present, the College of City Construction has 50 full-time faculty, including 7 professors, 17 associate professors and senior engineers, Among them, there are 19 faculty got PhD degree，the faculty with senior title accounts for 48.0% of all. The College of City Construction makes a relatively rich teaching and research achievements. Since 2013, the College of City Construction has undertaken 9 projects of National Natural Science Fund, 2 National Social Science Fund projects, 2 Humanities and Social Sciences Fund project, more than 50 Provincial Scientific Research projects and 9 Provincial Teaching Reform Research projects. The College of City Construction also has undertaken more than 130 horizontal projects, the total projects fund is close to 30 million RMB. In the meantime, the College of City Construction has been approved 6 national invention patents, 80 national utility model patents. And the College of City Construction has published 7 monographs and more than 160 papers in the core journals. Students of the College of City Construction had got more than 100 provincial and national professional competition awards under the guidance of their teachers.
    In all,there are 800 undergraduate students and 50 graduate students study at the College of City Construction. The graduate employment rate in this college ranked the forefront of the University, the graduates has a wide range of employment choice and employment prospects, such as real estate development company, urban and rural planning and design institute, building firms, engineering cost consultation companies, Landscape design companies, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions，government departments etc. Up to now, a large number of outstanding graduates of the College of City Construction have become the core member of their fields.
    The building of City Construction College has more than 8000 square meters for teaching and researching, and it contains study library with rich professional books and materials and 1 experimental centers and 9 laboratories (virtual simulation laboratory, engineering measurement laboratory, building model laboratory, building construction laboratory, building materials laboratory, building physics laboratory, engineering project management laboratory, real estate marketing planning laboratory, engineering cost laboratory). The College of City Construction also has over 40 practical platforms out of Jiangxi Normal University. The hardware facilities of this college could fully supports the needs of teaching, researching and training.
