  研究方向

  1.植物跨膜離子轉(zhuǎn)運:以擬南芥為模式植物,研究Na+(K+)/H+反向交換體離子轉(zhuǎn)運的生化特性和調(diào)節(jié)機理及其在離子平衡,pH調(diào)節(jié)和植物耐鹽脅迫方面的生物學(xué)功能。

  2.生物膜融合:以酵母和擬南芥為模式生物,研究膜微囊轉(zhuǎn)運(vesicle trafficking)和生物膜融合(membrane fusion)的分子機理及其在信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)和蛋白質(zhì)分揀過程中的作用。
